The short version: it's free to start, your content stays yours whatever you do with your plan, and it is never sold or used to train models. The longer version is below.

The free plan isn't a trial. It comes with enough storage and AI allowance to build real boards, and nothing expires out from under you.

Free gives you a generous storage and AI allowance. Paid plans lift both — worth looking at if you're uploading a lot of video or leaning on AI heavily.

Pick a plan when you outgrow it
Free to start, then Creator, Pro and Team as you grow. Each step adds storage and AI headroom; Team adds shared seats for a group.

Understand the billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually — annual saves you two months — through a secure payment processor, with tax applied automatically where it's required. Plans renew on their own until you stop them.

Change or cancel from Settings
Upgrade, switch plans, update your card or cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancelling keeps your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops you to free.

Ask for a refund if it isn't for you
There's a 14-day money-back window on a first paid charge, monthly or annual. Duplicate and accidental charges are always refunded.
After that window, monthly renewals generally aren't refunded and an annual term isn't pro-rated — but you keep full access until it ends, and a charge you meant to cancel is worth an email.

Keep your work either way
Downgrading keeps your content — you simply return to free-tier limits, and you'll be told if you're over them. If you leave altogether you can export your boards and documents first.

Your content is stored securely and is private to you and the people you share it with. It is never sold, and never used to train AI models. Public links are the only thing visible without an account.

- 14-day money-back: if a new paid plan isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full.
- Monthly plans: you can cancel anytime before the next renewal, so renewals generally aren't refunded — but if you were charged by mistake (say you meant to cancel), contact us within 7 days and we'll review it.
- Annual plans: covered by the same 14-day money-back window; after that the term isn't pro-rated, but you keep full access until it ends.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded.
